Po wykuciu polaczenia rurowego o duzej srednicy i duzej grubosci scian w miejscu srednicy wewnetrznej polaczenia rurowego (2) wykuwane jest wybrzuszenie polaczenia rurowego (5), plyta uszczelniajaca (3) jest spawana do wybrzuszenia, zas szczelina znajdujaca sie miedzy wybrzuszeniem a plyta uszczelniajaca jest spawana w sposób zapewniajacy uzyskanie szczelnosci. Poniewaz wybrzuszenie i polaczenie rurowe stanowia jedna calosc, wybrzuszenie moze przenosic duze sily, co zapobiega spadnieciu plyty uszczelniajacej na skutek dzialania duzego cisnienia. Spoina pelni wtedy jedynie funkcje uszczelnienia, przy czym wysokosc spoiny jest duzo mniejsza niz w przypadku konwencjonalnego urzadzenia do przeprowadzania prób hydraulicznych, co zapewnia znaczne zmniejszenie kosztów spawania. A hydraulic test is then carried out. After the hydraulic test, the bulge is cut off, while the internal wall of the pipe joint is subjected to a bulging treatment in order to obtain construction dimensions, which ensures safe completion of the hydraulic test, saving materials, reducing the forging costs of the pipe joint and the cost of welding the sealing plate, reducing time preparing a hydraulic test and reducing manufacturing costs.
