Abstract

Urządzenie do pomiarów sorpcyjnych w warunkach izobarycznych i izotermicznych metodą manometryczną składa się z trzech zbiorników: zbiornika zasilającego (A) zawierającego zapas sorbatu, zbiornika buforowego (B) z utrzymywanym ciśnieniem gazu na stałym poziomie sorpcji oraz ze zbiornika (C) na próbkę sorbentu, przy czym zbiornik zasilający (A) połączony jest pneumatycznie za pośrednictwem elektrozaworu (EZ) i kapilary tłumiącej (K) ze zbiornikiem buforowym (B), który za pomocą zaworu (Z) połączony jest pneumatycznie ze zbiornikiem na próbkę (C), a zbiorniki zasilający (A) i buforowy (B) zaopatrzone są w przetworniki ciśnienia odpowiednio (Pz) i (Pb) połączone elektrycznie z systemem kontrolno-pomiarowym (SKP) sterującym elektrozaworem (EZ), gdzie całość umieszczona jest w termostacie.The device for sorption measurements under isobaric and isothermal conditions by means of a manometric method consists of three tanks: a supply tank (A) containing the sorbate supply, a buffer tank (B) with maintained gas pressure at a constant sorption level, and a tank (C) for a sorbent sample, with the supply tank (A) is pneumatically connected via a solenoid valve (EZ) and the damping capillary tube (K) to the buffer tank (B), which is pneumatically connected to the sample tank (C) and the supply tanks ( A) and buffer (B) are equipped with pressure transducers (Pz) and (Pb) respectively, electrically connected with the control and measuring system (SKP) controlling the solenoid valve (EZ), where the whole is placed in the thermostat.
