Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania syropu owocowo- przyprawowego stosowanego do sporzadzania napojów oraz jako dodatku do deserów i koktajli. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, rysunku i barwie. Cecha istotna wzoru jest prostokatny zarys etykiety z obwodowym obramowaniem obrzeza. W centralnej czesci etykiety umieszczony jest element graficzny w postaci oryginalnego ukladu dwóch strzalek o kolistym zarysie, z napisem po wewnetrznej strome „niezbedny w gastronomii" . Na obszarze utworzonym przez uklad strzalek umieszczony jest stylizowany rysunek owoców. W górnej czesci etykiety umieszczony jest rysunek stylizowanego listka z napisem „HERBAPOL", pod którym jest napis „ESENCJA NATURY". Pod rysunkiem stylizowanego listka jest napis podajacy rodzaj owocu, a nieco ponizej umieszczony jest napis „MAX" nalozony czesciowo na ostatnie litery napisu rodzaju owocu. W dolnej czesci etykiety umieszczone sa w poziomym szeregu rysunki na obszarach o prostokatnym zarysie. Kazdy z rysunków przedstawia kolejno przeznaczenie produktu. J* Pierwszy rysunek przedstawia stylizowany kufel wypelniony piwem i posiada napis „DO PIWA".Drugi lysunek przedstawia napelniona, stylizowana koktajlówke ze slomka i posiada napis „DO NAPOJÓW". Trzeci rysunek przedstawia napelniony, stylizowany pucharek i posiada napis „DO DESERÓW". Nieco ponad trzecim rysunkiem jest kolisty obszar z literka „C", który obwiedziony jest napisem „Z DODATKIEM WITAMINY". Pierwsza odmiana wzoru przedstawiona jest na fig. 1 i fig.2 . Etykieta posiada napis „POMARANCZA", a na obszarze obwiedzionym strzalkami umieszczony jest stylizowany rysunek owoców pomaranczy. Druga odmiana wzoru przedstawiona jest na fig.3 i fig.4. Etykieta posiada napis „MALINA" , a na obszarze obwiedzionym strzalkami umieszczony jest stylizowany rysunek owoców malin. Trzecia odmiana wzoru przedstawiona jest na fig.5 i fig.6. Etykieta posiada napis „TRUSKAWKA" , a na obszarze obwiedzionym strzalkami umieszczony jest stylizowany rysunek owoców truskawek. Czwarta odmiana wzoru przedstawiona jest na fig.7 i fig.8. Etykieta posiada napis „IMBIR", a na obszarze obwiedzionym strzalkami umieszczony jest stylizowany rysunek korzenia imbiru. Piata odmiana wzoru przedstawiona jest na fig. 9 i fig. 10 . The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, design, and color. A significant feature of the design is the rectangular outline of the label with a peripheral border. In the central part of the label, a graphic element is placed in the form of an original arrangement of two circular arrows, with the inscription on the inner side "indispensable in gastronomy." In the area created by the arrangement of arrows, a stylized image of fruit is placed. At the top of the label is an image of a stylized leaf with the inscription "HERBAPOL," below which is the inscription "ESSENCE OF NATURE." Below the image of the stylized leaf is an inscription specifying the type of fruit, and slightly below is the inscription "MAX," partially superimposed on the last letters of the inscription specifying the type of fruit. At the bottom of the label, a horizontal row of drawings is placed in rectangular areas. Each drawing successively illustrates the intended use of the product. J* The first drawing shows a stylized mug filled with beer and the inscription "FOR BEER." The second drawing shows a filled, stylized cocktail glass with a straw and the inscription "FOR DRINKS." The third drawing shows a filled, stylized cup and the inscription "FOR DESSERTS." The label has the inscription "ORANGE," and the area surrounded by arrows features a stylized drawing of oranges. The second design variant is shown in Figures 3 and 4. The label has the inscription "MALINA" (RASPBERRY), and in the area surrounded by arrows there is a stylized drawing of raspberries. The third design variant is shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The label has the inscription "RUSKAWKA" (STRAWBERRY), and in the area surrounded by arrows there is a stylized drawing of strawberries. The fourth design variant is shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. The label has the inscription "IGBIR" (IMBIR), and in the area surrounded by arrows there is a stylized drawing of ginger root. The fifth design variant is shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 10.
