Abstract
Sposób projektowania i wytwarzania implantów podokostnowych stosowanych w implantoprotetyce stomatologicznej charakteryzuje się tym, że wykonuje się tomografię komputerową twarzo - czaszki pacjenta, następnie uzyskane dane przetwarza się z formatu DICOM na format korzystnie STL lub inny podobny. Następnie tworzy się wirtualny model kości, na którym wykonuje się trójwymiarowy projekt konstrukcji protetycznej implantu opartej na implancie podokostnowym oraz wykonuje się projekt w formie elektronicznej na wirtualnym modelu kości oznaczając formę, wielkość i pozycjonowanie implantu na kości pacjenta. Następnie implant podokostnowy projektuje się w formacie korzystnie STL lub innym podobnym, wykonuje się model medyczny 3D i implant i sprawdza tor jego wprowadzania, przeprowadza się symulację zabiegu, a następnie techniką szybkiego prototypowania, wykonuje się implant podokostnowy, który wszczepia się i wykonuje się na nim tymczasową konstrukcje protetyczną, którą po 12-16 dniach, zastępuje się stałą konstrukcją protetyczną, przy czym obciążenie implantu podokostnowego przykłada się na zewnętrzną powierzchnię kości.The method of designing and manufacturing periosteal implants used in dental implant prosthetics is characterized by the fact that a computerized tomography of the patient's skull is performed, then the obtained data is processed from the DICOM format to a preferably STL or other similar format. Next, a virtual bone model is created, on which a three-dimensional design of the prosthetic implant structure based on the periosteal implant is made, and an electronic project is made on the virtual bone model, determining the form, size and positioning of the implant on the patient's bone. Subsequently, the periosteal implant is designed in a preferably STL or other similar format, a 3D medical model and implant are made and the insertion path is checked, the procedure is simulated, and then the rapid prototyping technique is made, the periosteal implant is implanted and implanted temporary prosthetic structure, which after 12-16 days is replaced by a permanent prosthetic structure, whereby the load on the periosteal implant is applied to the outer surface of the bone.
