Abstract
Przyrząd charakteryzuje się tym, że ma w jednej płaszczyźnie komorę (5) i zespoły sterowania, generator napięcia sterującego komorą i układ wzmacniający prąd jonowy, zaś wlot (7) i wylot (8) gazu do i z komory usytuowane są na płaskiej dolnej powierzchni komory, przy czym w miejscu usytuowania tych otworów komora znajduje się na podporach (2, 3), w których w płaskich górnych powierzchniach znajdują się otwory (9, 10) doprowadzający i odprowadzający gaz do komory, stykające się odpowiednio z otworem wlotowym i wylotowym gazu w komorze.The device is characterized in that it has in one plane the chamber (5) and control assemblies, the chamber voltage generator and the ion boosting system, while the gas inlet (7) and outlet (8) to and from the chamber are located on the flat bottom surface of the chamber, where the location of these holes, the chamber is located on supports (2, 3), in which the flat upper surfaces have holes (9, 10) supplying and removing gas to the chamber, which are in contact with the gas inlet and outlet in the chamber, respectively .
