Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest preparat do kondycjonowania nawozów mineralnych, zwłaszcza nawozów wysokoazotowych i wieloskładnikowych, stanowiący jednorodną mieszaninę związków węglowodorowych pochodzących z procesu destylacji produktów hydrokrakingu w ilości do 99 części masowych połączoną z kompozycją I-rzędowych uwodornionych amin tłuszczowych z N,N-dimetylo-1,3-propanodiarniną w ilości do 25 części masowych oraz z trójskładnikową kompozycją niedysocjujących surfaktantów w ilości do 20 części masowych oraz węglowodorów parafinowych w ilości do 50 części masowych. Preparat zapobiega zbrylaniu nawozów wysokoazotowych wyprodukowanych na bazie saletry amonowej oraz nawozów azotowo-fosforowych i azotowo-fosforowo-potasowych.The subject of the invention is a preparation for conditioning mineral fertilizers, especially high-nitrogen and multi-component fertilizers, constituting a homogeneous mixture of hydrocarbon compounds from the distillation process of hydrocracking products in an amount of up to 99 parts by mass combined with a composition of hydrogenated primary amines with N, N-dimethyl-1, 3-propanediarin in an amount of up to 25 parts by mass and with a ternary composition of non-dissociating surfactants in an amount of up to 20 parts by mass and paraffinic hydrocarbons in an amount of up to 50 parts by mass. The preparation prevents caking of high-nitrogen fertilizers based on ammonium nitrate and nitrogen-phosphorus and nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizers.
