Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób fosgenowania TDA w fazie gazowej w specjalnej konstrukcji reaktorze. Sposób, który w wyniku odpowiedniego wymieszania reagentów doprowadza do uzyskania wysokiej selektywności przebiegu reakcji fosgenowania TDA do TDI. Sposób polega na tym, że stosuje się takie przepływy fosgenu i roztworu aminy z gazem inertnym przez doprowadzenie roztworu aminy i gazu inertnego rurą o odpowiedniej średnicy, a fosgenu dyszami o takich średnicach aby liczba Craya-Curtet'a była wyższa od 0,75, korzystnie od 2, a liczba Reynoldsa Re? była wyższa od 200. W reaktorze zastosowane jest również dozowanie fosgenu osłonowego podawanego na ściankę reaktora na wysokości wylotu par aminy i więcej niż jeden strumień dodatkowego fosgenu osłonowego podawanego na ściankę reaktora, poniżej wylotu par aminy. Fosgen osłonowy podawany jest do reaktora przez szczeliny pierścieniowe co powoduje, że średnica reaktora rozszerza się. Fosgen osłonowy podawany jest do reaktora do strefy reakcji przez szczelinę pierścieniową o takiej średnicy, aby uzyskać prędkość 3-krotnie większą niż prędkość strumienia aminy. Natomiast doprowadzenie dodatkowych strumieni fosgenu osłonowego i wielkość tych strumieni jest tak dobrana aby wartość naprężeń ścinających na wewnętrznej ściance reaktora miała wartość co najmniej 3 Pa, a odległość pomiędzy poszczególnymi doprowadzeniami nie była większa niż 50 cm.The present invention relates to a method of TDA phosgenation in a gas phase in a special reactor design. A method which, as a result of proper mixing of the reagents, results in high selectivity of the TDA phosgenation reaction to TDI. The method consists in using such phosgene and amine solution flows with inert gas by feeding the amine and inert gas solution with a pipe of suitable diameter and phosgene with nozzles of such diameters that the Cray-Curtet number is higher than 0.75, preferably from 2, and Reynolds number Re? was higher than 200. The reactor also uses metering of shielding phosgene fed to the reactor wall at the height of the amine vapor outlet and more than one stream of additional shielding phosgene fed to the reactor wall, below the amine vapor outlet. Shielding phosgene is fed into the reactor through annular gaps, which causes the reactor's diameter to expand. Shielding phosgene is fed to the reactor into the reaction zone through an annular gap of such a diameter as to obtain a speed three times higher than the speed of the amine stream. In contrast, the supply of additional shielding phosgene streams and the size of these streams is selected so that the shear stress value on the inner wall of the reactor is at least 3 Pa, and the distance between individual inlets is not greater than 50 cm.
