Sposób wytwarzania nanokompozytowej warstwy węglowej domieszkowanej srebrem na powierzchniach metalicznych, zwłaszcza na powierzchni implantów medycznych, z wykorzystaniem wytwarzania nanowarstwy węglowej w procesie RFPACVD oraz procesu rozpylania magnetronowego powłoki srebrnej, charakteryzuje się tym, że w reaktorze plazmo-chemicznym w trakcie nanoszenia warstwy węglowej prowadzi się równocześnie proces rozpylania magnetronowego katody zawierającej srebro.The method of producing the silver-doped carbon nanocomposite layer on metallic surfaces, especially on the surface of medical implants, using the production of the carbon nanoway in the RFPACVD process and the magnetron sputtering process of the silver coating is characterized by the fact that in the plasma-chemical reactor during the application of the carbon layer magnetron sputtering process containing silver cathode.
