Abstract

The multilayer medical material intended for the implant for bone fillings consists of at least one system of three layers, the middle of which is the nanofiber layer, while the outer layers are layers of needle-punched nonwoven fabric from classic fibers connected to the nanofiber layer by the needling technique. The material contains at least one of ceramic, carbon and metallic additives as well as growth factor or drug. Ceramic, carbon or metallic additive, in the form of a nanod additive, is contained in the structure of the nanofiber layer, while the growth factor or drug, encapsulated in biopolymer microspheres, is deposited on the surface of the nanofiber layer. In a variant of the invention, the multilayer medical material intended for an implant for bone fillings is also at least one system of three layers, the middle of which is a porous layer of biodegradable polymer, in the form of foam or in the form of a membrane, while the outer layers are layers of needled nonwoven from classic fibers, connected to the membrane or foam by gluing or pressing. The material contains at least one of ceramic, carbon and metallic additives as well as growth factor or drug. Ceramic, carbon or metallic additive, in the form of a nanod additive, is contained in the foam or membrane structure, while the growth factor or drug, encapsulated in biopolymer microspheres, is deposited on the surface of the foam or membrane layer.
