Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób usuwania SO2, NOx, Hg, dioksyn, furanów i pyłów ze spalin pochodzących z siłowni okrętowych oraz układ do jego realizacji. Sposób usuwania SO2, NOx, Hg, dioksyn, furanów i pyłów ze spalin pochodzących z siłowni okrętowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że spaliny z silników wysokoprężnych i palników kotłów, przed emisją do atmosfery, podlegają stabilizacji temperatury, a następnie kierowane są do reaktora (1) wyposażonego w dysze natryskowe (6), (8) i (10) zraszające spaliny sorbentami redukującymi w pierwszej fazie SO2 i CO2, a następnie NOx i rtęć Hg oraz pyły ze znaczną ilością sadzy. System to reduce SO2 and NOx emissions from ships, whose important feature is that the known ship's exhaust gas system is supplemented with a system containing a reactor (1) equipped successively with spray nozzles (6) fed from the tank (7) with a cooling pump (P2) exhaust gases to the desired temperature, nozzles (8) supplied by the pump (P1) spraying exhaust gases with SO2 and CO2 reducing sorbents, and finally nozzles (10) injecting NOx and Hg reducing sorbent.
