Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania kompozytu elastomerowego o obniżonej palności z kauczuku syntetycznego, naturalnego lub ich mieszaniny polega na sporządzeniu mieszanki elastomerowej zawierającej kauczuk lub mieszaninę kauczuków, siarkę lub nadtlenek dikumylu, przeciwutleniacz, przyspieszacze wulkanizacji siarkowej, korzystnie w postaci disiarczku tetrametylotiuramu, N-cykloheksylo-2-benzotiazolilosulfenamidu i N-izopropylo-N-fenylo-p-fenylenodiaminy lub etylofenyloditiokarbaminianu cynku, krzemionkę, stearynę, tlenek cynku oraz antypiryny, a następnie ogrzewaniu mieszanki elastomerowej pod ciśnieniem w podwyższonej temperaturze i w czasie wyznaczonym na podstawie pomiarów wulkametrycznych. Jako antypiryny stosuje się ekspandowalny grafit interkalowany kwasem nieorganicznym, korzystnie kwasem siarkowym (VI), wodorotlenek glinu oraz chloroparafinę.The method of producing a flame retardant elastomer composite from natural or synthetic rubber is to make an elastomer mixture containing rubber or a mixture of rubbers, sulfur or dicumyl peroxide, an antioxidant, sulfur vulcanization accelerators, preferably in the form of tetramethylthiuramyl disulfide, N-cycloshexylamide and N-isopropyl-N-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine or zinc ethylphenyldithiocarbamate, silica, stearin, zinc oxide and antipyrine, followed by heating of the elastomer mixture under pressure at elevated temperature and time determined by vulcanic measurements. As antipyrins, expandable graphite intercalated with an inorganic acid, preferably sulfuric acid, aluminum hydroxide and chloroparaffin are used.
