Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest staliwo żaroodporne FeCrNiN, stosowane do odlewania części używanych w przemyśle cementowym, przeznaczone zwłaszcza na odlewy elementów pracujących w podwyższonych temperaturach oraz w agresywnym środowisku korozyjnym w ciągu technologicznym cementowni. Staliwo żaroodporne FeCrNiN mające w swym składzie chrom, nikiel, azot, mangan, węgiel oraz żelazo charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera wagowo od 23% do 24% chromu, od 6,5% do 9,5% niklu, od 1,9% do 2,0% manganu, od 0,25% do 0,30% węgla, od 0,3% do 0,4% azotu oraz od 1,5% do 2,0% krzemu, przy czym maksymalna zawartość siarki wynosi 0,04% wag., a maksymalna zawartość fosforu wynosi 0,04% wag.
