Telemedyczny system grupowej rehabilitacji kardiologicznej składający się ze stanowiska treningowego i stanowiska monitorowania, charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowisko treningowe (1) składa się z zadajnika wysiłku (3), modułu monitorującego (4), który monitoruje stan pacjenta (2), przy czym zadajnik wysiłku (3) i moduł monitorujący (4) połączone są z systemem komputerowym, w skład którego wchodzi komputer (5), monitor (6) i kamera (7), natomiast stanowisko monitorowania będące centralnym stanowiskiem monitorowania (8) składa się z systemu komputerowego, w skład którego wchodzi komputer (10), system prezentacji (11) i kamera (12), który to system komputerowy jest obsługiwany przez lekarza (9), dodatkowo stanowisko treningowe (1) połączone jest z centralnym systemem monitorowania (8) poprzez sieć teleinformatyczną wykorzystującą połączenia poprzez Internet lub sieć komórkową.The telemedicine group cardiac rehabilitation system consisting of a training position and monitoring position is characterized by the fact that the training position (1) consists of an exercise setter (3), a monitoring module (4) that monitors the patient's condition (2), the setter effort (3) and the monitoring module (4) are connected to a computer system, which includes a computer (5), monitor (6) and camera (7), while the monitoring station being the central monitoring station (8) consists of a computer system , which includes a computer (10), presentation system (11) and camera (12), which computer system is operated by a doctor (9), additionally the training station (1) is connected to the central monitoring system (8) via a network ICT using connections via the Internet or a mobile network.
