Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest proszek stanowiacy pólfabrykat do wytwarzania elementów konstrukcyjnych wzglednie ozdobnych zawierajacy sproszkowany metal zwlaszcza miedz, zelazo, mosiadz, lub braz oraz spieczone z nim lepiszcze z tworzywa organicznego charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze jego lepiszcze zawiera od 0,01 do 2,5% bentonitu sodowego, w którego skladzie znajduje sie przynajmniej 70% montmorillonitu. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest równiez sposób wytwarzania proszku stanowiacego pólfabrykat do produkcji elementów konstrukcyjnych wzglednie ozdobnych charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze proszek metalu o ziarnistosci od 50 do 100 um lacznie z bentonitem i lepiszczem w postaci proszkowej wprowadza sie do bebna kulowego i poddaje rozdrabnianiu i mieszaniu w czasie od 20 do 60 min otrzymujac na wyjsciu gotowy proszek.The subject of the invention is a powder which is a semi-finished product for the production of relatively decorative elements containing powdered metal, especially copper, iron, brass or bronze, as well as sintered organic plastic adhesive characterized by the fact that its adhesive contains from 0.01 to 2.5% of bentonite sodium, which contains at least 70% montmorillonite. The invention also relates to a method of producing a powder which is a semi-finished product for the production of relatively decorative elements characterized by the fact that a metal powder with a grain size from 50 to 100 um, together with bentonite and powder binder is introduced into the ball drum and subjected to comminution and mixing during 20 to 60 min getting ready powder at the exit.
