Abstract

Wynalazek rozwiazuje zagadnienie ukladu do diagnozowania zwlaszcza lozysk tocznych walu glównego lotniczego silnika turboodrzutowego i znajduje glówne zastosowanie w diagnostyce silnika. Zasilacz (1) jest polaczony z trzema modulami (2, 3, 4) poszczególnych faz trójfazowego ukladu kondycjonowania sygnalu kanalu AC, zawierajacego zespól wzmacniaczy i komparatorów analogowych konwertujacych sygnaly trzech faz oraz pradniczki tachometrycznej badanego silnika na przebiegi cyfrowe podawane na wejscia mikroprocesora (5), a inne wejscie procesora (5) jest polaczone z detektorem (6) zera DC wyposazonym w zespól filtrów, wzmacniaczy i komparatorów analogowych, przetwarzajacych skladowa zmienna pulsacji napiecia stalego na przebiegi cyfrowe podawane na wejscie mikroprocesora (5), którego kolejne wyjscie jest polaczone z zespolem trzykolorowych diod sygnalizacyjnych (8), obrazujacych stan techniczny diagnozowanych lozysk, jako stopien zagrozenia dla pracy silnika.The invention solves the problem of a system for diagnosing especially the roller bearings of an aircraft main turbojet engine and is mainly used in engine diagnostics. The power supply (1) is connected to three modules (2, 3, 4) of individual phases of the three-phase AC channel signal conditioning system, containing a set of analogue amplifiers and comparators converting the signals of three phases and the tachometric protector of the tested motor to the digital waveforms at the microprocessor inputs (5) , and another processor input (5) is connected to the DC zero detector (6) equipped with a set of filters, amplifiers and analog comparators, which process the component variable of DC voltage pulsation into digital waveforms provided at the input of the microprocessor (5), the next output of which is connected to a set of three-color signaling diodes (8), illustrating the technical condition of the diagnosed bearings as a degree of danger to the engine's operation.
