Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób rozpoznawania rodzajowo-materialowego przestrzennie uksztaltowanych obiektów, zwlaszcza obiektów odpadowych, wykonanych z tworzyw sztucznych, w szczególnosci do rozpoznawania grup materialów, takich jak tworzywa sztuczne, szklo, metal, tektura lub drewno oraz rodzaju tworzyw sztucznych pod wzgledem rodzaju wykorzystanego polimeru, kopolimeru i dodatków, a takze do potwierdzania jakosci materialów, z jakich obiekty zostaly wykonane, oparty na analizie sygnalu akustycznego, wydobytego z obiektów na skutek ich deformacji mechanicznej. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest takze urzadzenie do rozpoznawania rodzajowo-materialowego przestrzennie uksztaltowanych obiektów, skladajace sie z komory do deformowania (K), urzadzenia do mechanicznego deformowania (F), przynajmniej jednego czujnika elektroakustycznego, pracujacego korzystnie w zakresie sygnalów akustycznych slyszalnych (20-20000 Hz), ukladu rejestracji sygnalu (2), jednostki przetwarzania danych oraz oprogramowania.The subject of the invention is a method of recognizing the type and material of spatially shaped objects, especially waste objects made of plastics, in particular for identifying groups of materials such as plastics, glass, metal, cardboard or wood and the type of plastics in terms of the type of polymer used, copolymer and additives, as well as to confirm the quality of the materials from which the objects were made, based on the analysis of an acoustic signal extracted from the objects as a result of their mechanical deformation. The subject of the invention is also a device for recognizing the type and material of spatially shaped objects, consisting of a deformation chamber (K), a device for mechanical deformation (F), at least one electroacoustic sensor, preferably working in the field of audible signals (20-20000 Hz) , signal registration system (2), data processing unit and software.
