Biodegradowalny smar plastyczny zawiera 75 do 95 części masowych syntetycznego oleju poliolestrowego, otrzymanego w reakcji syntezy kwasów monokarboksylowych C5 - C10 i wyższych kwasów tłuszczowych oraz alkoholi wielowodorotlenowych o strukturze neopentylu, takich jak trimetylolopropan, 3 do 25 części masowych nieorganicznego zagęszczacza typu montmorylonitu modyfikowanego solą amoniową, 0,01 do 1,0 części masowych fenolowego inhibitora utlenienia typu 2-6-di-tert-butylo-p-krezolu, 0,01 do 0,5 części masowych inhibitora korozji typu pochodnej 1,2,3 triazolu, 0,01 do 0,5 części masowych inhibitora korozji, typu kwaśnego estru alkenobursztynowego, 0,1 do 0,5 części masowych dodatku adhezyjnego typu poliizobutylenu i/lub kopolimeru styrenu i butadienu oraz 5 do 50 części masowych proszku metalicznego glinu i/lub cynku w postaci pasty lub pyłu o uziarnieniu poniżej 5 µm.The biodegradable plastic grease contains 75 to 95 parts by mass of synthetic polyolester oil obtained in the reaction of the synthesis of C5 - C10 monocarboxylic acids and higher fatty acids and polyhydric alcohols with a neopentyl structure, such as trimethylolpropane, 3 to 25 parts by mass of an inorganic thickener of the montmorillonite type modified with an ammonium salt, 0.01 to 1.0 parts by mass of a phenolic oxidation inhibitor of the 2-6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol type, 0.01 to 0.5 parts by mass of a corrosion inhibitor of the 1,2,3-triazole derivative type, 0.01 up to 0.5 parts by mass of a corrosion inhibitor of the acid alkenosuccinic ester type, 0.1 to 0.5 parts by mass of an adhesive additive of the polyisobutylene and/or styrene-butadiene copolymer type and 5 to 50 parts by mass of metallic aluminum and/or zinc powder in the form of a paste or dust with a grain size of less than 5 µm.
