Abstract
Sposób recyklingu odpadów produkcyjnych politrioksanu, odpadów powstajacych przy przetwarzaniu politrioksanu oraz zuzytych wyrobów politrioksanowych polega na tym, ze staly polimer w dowolnej postaci na przyklad proszku, granulatu o róznych wymiarach poddaje sie rozkladowi w srodowisku wodnym przy pomocy kwasnego katalizatora w podwyzszonej temperaturze, jako kwasny katalizator stosuje sie ciecz odpadowa pochodzaca z reaktora syntezy trioksanu a gazowe produkty rozkladu politrioksanu rozdziela sie i zawraca do procesu syntezy trioksanu. Surowce kieruje sie do wezla syntezy trioksanu, pozostale produkty recyklingu poddaje sie utylizacji. The method of recycling polytrioxane production waste, waste from polytrioxane processing and used polytrioxane products is that a solid polymer in any form, for example powder, granules of various sizes, is decomposed in an aqueous environment with an acid catalyst at an elevated temperature as an acid catalyst a waste liquid from the trioxane synthesis reactor is used and the gaseous polytroxane decomposition products are separated and recycled to the trioxane synthesis process. The raw materials are directed to the trioxane synthesis node, and the remaining products are recycled.
