Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zawiesina luminescencyjna emitująca promieniowanie w zakresie widzialnym oraz sposób wytwarzania tej zawiesiny. Zawiesinę stanowi ditlenek cyrkonu zawierający 0,01-30% molowych jonów RE (gdzie RE=Tb, Eu, Pr) oraz woda, przy czym stężenie kropek kwantowych w wodzie jest większe niż 1 µg/l. Sposób wytwarzania tej zawiesiny jest dwuetapowy. W pierwszym etapie w wodzie destylowanej rozpuszcza się związek zawierający jony cyrkonowe lub cyrkonylowe, z kolei w uzyskanym roztworze rozpuszcza się związek terbu, europu lub prazeodymu, przy czym ich zawartość w stosunku do cyrkonu wynosi 0,01-30% molowych. Następnie zmienia się wartość pH roztworu do wartości 7-9,4 lub 9,6-12, a powstały osad poddaje się procesowi solwotermalnemu wspomaganemu mikrofalowo. W drugim etapie uzyskany osad umieszcza się w wodzie, i poddaje się oddziaływaniu ultradźwięków, przy czym zawartość suchego osadu w wodzie powinna być większa niż 1 µg/l.The subject of the invention is a luminescent suspension emitting radiation in the visible range and a method for producing this suspension. The suspension is zirconium dioxide containing 0.01-30 mol% of RE ions (where RE=Tb, Eu, Pr) and water, with the concentration of quantum dots in water higher than 1 µg/l. The method of producing this suspension is two-stage. In the first stage, a compound containing zirconium or zirconyl ions is dissolved in distilled water, and in the resulting solution, a compound of terbium, europium or praseodymium is dissolved, their content in relation to zirconium is 0.01-30 mol%. Then the pH of the solution is changed to 7-9.4 or 9.6-12, and the resulting precipitate is subjected to a microwave-assisted solvothermal process. In the second stage, the obtained sediment is placed in water and exposed to ultrasound, and the content of dry sediment in the water should be greater than 1 µg/l.
