Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest luminofor składający się z matrycy w postaci krzemianu itru i wapnia, (Ca,Sr)2Y8(SiO4)6O2, oraz domieszek Eu2+ i Eu3+ emitujący zielone, żółte lub czerwone światło przy wzbudzeniu w zakresie bliskiego nadfioletu lub widzialnym do wykorzystania w systemach oświetleniowych, takich jak na przykład białe diody, oraz sposób jego otrzymywania.The subject of the invention is a phosphor consisting of a matrix in the form of yttrium and calcium silicate, (Ca,Sr)2Y8(SiO4)6O2, and Eu2+ and Eu3+ dopants, emitting green, yellow or red light when excited in the near ultraviolet or visible range, for use in systems lighting, such as white diodes, and a method of obtaining it.
