In the second embodiment, the coating agent injection apparatus preferably has a cylindrical reactor (R) with an external heating jacket (PG), which is closed on one side with an atomizer, equipped with a centrally located atomizing nozzle (DR) and coaxial circumferential nozzle located thereon (DO) ), distributing the forming air.
