Narzedzie chirurgiczne ma prowadnice z popychaczem sterujacym (4), przy czym koncówka (1) prowadnicy, na której koncu osadzony jest instrument chirurgiczny, polaczona jest z zasadnicza czescia prowadnicy (6) poprzez przegub (7). Koniec popychacza sterujacego (4) polaczony jest poprzez mimosrodowy element posredni (3) z popychaczem wykonawczym (2), który przeznaczony jest do przenoszenia napedu do instrumentu chirurgicznego. Mimosrodowy element posredni (3) osadzony jest obrotowo w osi zgiecia przegubu (7), a popychacz sterujacy (4) i popychacz wykonawczy (2) polaczone sa z mimosrodowym elementem posrednim (3) obrotowo. W zasadniczej czesci prowadnicy (6) przebiega popychacz zginajacy (5), którego koniec zamocowany jest obrotowo do koncówki (1) prowadnicy. Mimosrodowy element posredni (3) moze miec postac dwuramiennego lacznika, którego ramiona korzystnie usytuowane sa wzajemnie pod katem równym 135°, albo alternatywnie postac tarczy.
