Abstract
The stand for stabilizing the stress of metal structures by the vibration method is characterized by the fact that it has a flexible sling (2) on a stabilized structure (1), is equipped with a kinematic pulse generator (3), a vibration sensor (4), a vibration exciter (5) and a microprocessor analyzer ( 6). The kinematic pulser output (3) is connected to the pulser input of the microprocessor analyzer (6), the vibration sensor output (4) is connected to the sensor input of the microprocessor analyzer (6), and the microprocessor analyzer output (6) is connected to the vibration exciter (5). In addition, in the microprocessor analyzer (6) the sensor input is connected to the signal analysis block (7) and in parallel with the modal analysis block (8), which through the block of the stabilization process control algorithm (9) and successively through the vibration control block. The kinematic pulse generator output is connected to the modal analysis block input. The microprocessor analyzer (6) is built based on a programmed measuring computer.
