Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób przetwarzania energii cieplnej, pobieranej z otoczenia i zespól do przetwarzania energii cieplnej, pobieranej z otoczenia, majacy zastosowanie do zasilania odbiorników energii, zwlaszcza elektrycznej, szczególnie w miejscach o duzej i czestej zmianie temperatury otoczenia. Sposób ten charakteryzuje sie tym, ze akumulator energii (2) laczy sie elementem wykonawczym (4) poprzez regulator ilosci energii (3). Sposób ten realizowany jest w zespole, który charakteryzuje sie tym, ze miedzy akumulatorem energii (2) a elementem wykonawczym (4) usytuowany jest regulator ilosci energii (3).
