Abstract
Zespól pomiarowy przeplywomierza grawitacyjnie plynacej cieczy, zwlaszcza scieków komunalnych i scieków przemyslowych posiada szczelny korpus, wewnatrz którego w czesci dolnej znajduje sie przestrzen mokra z usytuowanym poziomo przelotowym kanalem cieczowym z przelewem mierniczym (3), z jednej strony zakonczonym usytuowanym wzdluz osi symetrii kanalu przewodem wlotowym (1) oraz z drugiej strony zakonczonym usytuowanym wzdluz osi symetrii kanalu przewodem wylotowym (4), natomiast w czesci górnej korpusu znajduje sie przestrzen sucha, w której nad przelewem mierniczym umieszczona jest ultradzwiekowa sonda pomiarowa (5), ponadto zewnetrzna sciana korpusu, w przestrzeni suchej, wyposazona jest w szczelna pokrywe (7). Zespól pomiarowy przeplywomierza umozliwia pomiar przeplywu scieków juz od bardzo malych, bliskich zeru wartosci przeplywu.The measuring unit of the gravity flow meter, especially municipal and industrial wastewater, has a sealed body, inside of which in the lower part there is a wet space with a horizontally located liquid channel with a measuring overflow (3), on one side terminated with an inlet pipe located along the symmetry axis of the channel (1) and on the other hand a discharge pipe (4) located along the symmetry axis of the channel, while in the upper part of the body there is a dry space, in which an ultrasonic measuring probe (5) is placed above the measuring overflow, in addition to the outer wall of the body, in space dry, it is equipped with an airtight cover (7). The flowmeter measuring unit enables the measurement of sewage flow from very small, close to zero flow values.
