Description

Opublikowano dnia 1 lipca 1957 r. vat45v J)(96fn 9/00 \ |&iBLIOTEKAi Wf„dU POLSKIEJ RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ LUDOWEJ OPIS PATENTOWY Nr39846 KI. 8 o Pabianickie Zaklady Przemyslu Bawelnianego *) Pabianice, Polska Sposób nadawania odpornosci apreturowanemu materialowi wlókienniczemu na dzialanie grzybni wywolujqcych plesnienie i butwienie Patent trwa od dnia 11 lutego 1956 r.Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu nadawania odpor¬ nosci apreturowanemu materialowi wlókienni¬ czemu na dzialanie grzybni wywolujacych ples¬ nienie i butwienie.Jest rzecza znana nadawanie odpornosci apre¬ turowanym materialom wlókienniczym na dzia¬ lanie grzybni wywolujacych plesnienie i butwie¬ nie przez dodawanie do apretury srodków ochron¬ nych, stanowiacych rozmaite syntetyczne zwiaz¬ ki chemiczne. Zwiazki te sa trudno dostepne i kosztowne.Stwierdzono, ze apreturowane materialy wló¬ kiennicze latwo zabezpiecza sie przed dzialaniem grzybni wywolujacych plesnienie i butwienie, je¬ zeli do apretury dodaje sie smoly z drewna drzew iglastych. Wladyslaw Jasionowicz i inz. Tadeusz Bursze. Otrzymana mieszanine miesza sie az do calkowitego zmydlenia smoly, dolewa 400—500 czesci wagowych wody o temperaturze 40—50 °C i miesza ponownie w ciagu 5—10 minut. Przyklad II. PLPublished on July 1, 1957 vat45v J) (96fn 9/00 \ | & iBLIOTEKAi FE "dU POLISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC PATENT DESCRIPTION No. 39846 KI. 8 o Pabianickie Zakład Przemyslu Bawelki *) Pabianice, Poland mildew and rot The patent is valid from February 11, 1956. The invention relates to a method of imparting resistance to a coated textile material to the action of mycelium causing mold and rot. It is known to render the treated textile materials resistant to the action of mycelium causing mold growth. molding and rotting by adding protective agents to the finish, which are various synthetic chemical compounds. These compounds are difficult to obtain and expensive. Finished textile materials have been found to be readily protected against the effects of mycelium causing mold and rotting, if softwood tar is added to the finish. Coniferous wood tar is a waste product in the dry distillation of wood, thanks to which it is a very cheap product. *) The owner of the patent stated that the inventors were co-invented by Kazimierz Ascik, engineer Wladyslaw Jasionowicz and engineer Tadeusz Bursze. on the fact that the textile material is treated in a known manner with a finish, containing an addition of softwood tar in the amount of 0.03-0.1%, and most preferably 0.05% pitch in the weight of the textile material. It is most convenient to use a 0.5% solution of tar in water. The solution is prepared by dissolving 15 parts by weight of caustic soda in a little cold water and adding the resulting solution to 100 parts by weight of softwood tar. The mixture obtained is stirred until the tar is completely saponified, 400-500 parts by weight of water are added at a temperature of 40-50 ° C and mixed again for 5-10 minutes. The amount of cold water needed to make a solution of 0.5% is then added. Example I. 251 of a 0.5% solution of softwood tar is added to the 5001 finish. the fabric is soaked in with the applied finish, pressed from the excess liquid and dried. The fabric becomes resistant to the mycelium causing mold and rot under the most unfavorable conditions for storing fabrics. Example II. 2.51 of a 0.5% solution of softwood pitch is added to the matrix glue in the amount of 100 liters, and the matrix is saturated, drained from excess liquid and dried. The matrix so glued also shows resistance to the action of mycelium causing mold and rot. PL
