Abstract
Intubacyjny czujnik cisnienia zawiera elastyczna zewnetrzna membrane separujaca (2) umocowana w korpusie (4) tego czujnika i zamykajaca komore pneumatyczna korpusu czujnika, w którym znajduje sie dysza pneumatyczna (1) majaca kanal wylotowy umieszczony centralnie w malej, korzystnie bliskiej zeru odleglosci od wewnetrznej powierzchni membrany separujacej (2) W korpusie czujnika znajduje sie drugi kanal pneumatyczny (6), którego wlot do komory czujnika jest polozony na jej skraju, i który laczy sie za posrednictwem pneumatycznego, rezystora (7) cisnienia ze zródlem nadcisnienia (Pzo). Zródlo podcisnienia (Pe) laczy sie kanalem pneumatycznym (8) o korzystnie mozliwie malej rezystancji z kanalem dyszy pneumatycznej (1) czujnika. Ponadto korpus czujnika (4) ma dodatkowy otwór (5), w którym umocowana jest rurka kapilarna (9) laczaca komore podmembranowa czujnika z pierwszym (11) wejsciem elektropneumatycznego przetwornika (10) róznicy cisnien ?p o drugim wejsciu (12) laczacym sie z atmosfera (Pa).
