Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nanokompozytowy pochlaniacz tlenu na bazie polimerów i nanozelaza lub zerowartosciowego zelaza domieszkowanego borem. Nanokompozyty zawieraja polimer wybrany z grupy: kauczuki silikonowe, polisiloksany, modyfikowany octanmaslan celulozy (CAB), poliamid, alkohol poliwinylowy (PVA), polietylen, politeraftalanetylenu (PET), pochodne celulozy, skrobia modyfikowana, oraz polimery biodegradowalne w tym m.in. kwas polimlekowy, polihydroksybutyrobutylan (PHB), polioksymetylen (POM) lub mieszanin tych polimerów oraz nanozelazo lub zelazo zerowartosciowe. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest takze sposób pochlaniania tlenu w opakowaniach polegajacy na stosowaniu nanokompozytów.The subject of the present invention is a nanocomposite oxygen absorber based on polymers and nanos iron or boron-doped iron. Nanocomposites contain a polymer selected from the group: silicone rubbers, polysiloxanes, modified cellulose acetate (CAB), polyamide, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyethylene, polyteraphthalanethylene (PET), cellulose derivatives, modified starch, and biodegradable polymers including polylactic acid, polyhydroxybutyrobutylate (PHB), polyoxymethylene (POM) or mixtures of these polymers, as well as nano-iron or zero-grade iron. The invention also relates to a method for absorbing oxygen in packaging based on the use of nanocomposites.
