Sposób wytwarzania nano- i/lub mikroczastek metalu z grupy platynowców polega na tym, ze wytwarza sie oddzielne frakcje nano- i/lub mikroczastek metalu z grupy platynowców o waskim zakresie wielkosci nano- i/lub mikroczastek. Koloid/zawiesine nanoczastek i/lub mikroczastek metalu z grupy platynowców w cieklym rozcienczalniku poddaje sie separacji na frakcje metodami mechanicznymi sedymentacji wymuszonej w co najmniej dwóch etapach separacji, przy czym kolejny etap separacji przeprowadza sie przy wyzszych wartosciach sil przyspieszenia, dzialajacych na koloid/zawiesine nano- i/lub mikroczastek, niz etap poprzedni.
