Kompozycja do wytwarzania tworzyw spienionych zawiera skladnik zywicowy i skladnik katalityczny, przy czym skladnik zywicowy zawiera: rezolowa zywice fenolowo-formaldehydowa - 50÷85%, wodoroweglan sodu i/lub weglan wapnia - 3÷30%, srodek tiksotropowy - 0,1÷3,0%, srodek powierzchniowo czynny - 0,1÷5,0%, alkohol wielowodorotlenowy - 1,0÷25,0%, a skladnik katalityczny zawiera: kwas fenolosulfonowy - 20÷55%, kwas siarkowy - 10÷60%, kwas fosforowy - 1÷15%, wode - 5÷15%, alkohol wielowodorotlenowy 0÷10%.The composition for the production of foamed materials contains a resin component and a catalytic component, the resin component containing: phenol formaldehyde resins - 50 ÷ 85%, sodium bicarbonate and / or calcium carbonate - 3 ÷ 30%, thixotropic agent - 0.1 ÷ 3 , 0%, surfactant - 0.1 ÷ 5.0%, polyhydric alcohol - 1.0 ÷ 25.0%, and the catalytic component contains: phenol sulfonic acid - 20 ÷ 55%, sulfuric acid - 10 ÷ 60%, phosphoric acid - 1 ÷ 15%, water - 5 ÷ 15%, polyhydric alcohol 0 ÷ 10%.
