Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie wystawowe, stosowane do ekspozycji towarów w miejscach sprzedazy i innych miejscach prezentacji towarów. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego, oceniana na tle zgloszenia polskiego wzoru zdobniczego W.22047, przejawia sie w zainstalowaniu nad szuflada pólki z dwustopniowymi, ukosnie skierowanymi ku scianie tylnej, pojemnikami oraz w nowym uksztaltowaniu i usytuowaniu wieszaków. Urzadzenie wystawowe wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie ze sciany tylnej, z polem na napis reklamowy, u podstawy której znajduje sie szuflada. Nad szuflada ulokowana jest pólka, a na niej dwustopniowe, ukosnie skierowane ku scianie tylnej, pojemniki. Nad pojemnikami znajduja sie, ulozone w pionowe rzedy, wieszaki z okraglymi pierscieniami przy zakonczeniu i u podstawy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.l przedstawia urzadzenie wystawowe w widoku perspektywicznym, w odmianie z piecioma pojemnikami i trzema pionowymi rzedami wieszaków, a fig.2 przedstawia urzadzenie wystawowe w widoku perspektywicznym, w odmianie z czterema pojemnikami i dwoma pionowymi rzedami wieszaków.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1.W odmianie pierwszej, nad szuflada ulokowana jest pólka z piecioma dwustopniowymi pojemnikami, ukosnie skierowanymi ku scianie tylnej, na której ulokowane sa dwa zewnetrzne, pionowe, rzedy wieszaków oraz jeden srodkowy, pionowy i krótszy rzad wieszaków nad którym znajduje sie pole na napis reklamowy, przy czym wieszaki, u podstawy i przy zakonczeniu, maja pierscienie wieksze od ich srednicy. 2.W odmianie drugiej, nad szuflada ulokowana jest pólka z czterema dwustopniowymi pojemnikami, ukosnie skierowanymi ku scianie tylnej, na której ulokowane sa dwa pionowe rzedy wieszaków nad którymi, nad którymi znajduje sie pole na napis reklamowy, przy czym wieszaki, u podstawy i przy zakonczeniu, maja pierscienie wieksze od ich srednicy.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.1 Fig.2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a display device used for displaying goods in points of sale and other places where goods are presented. The novelty and originality of the industrial design, assessed against the background of Polish ornamental design application W.22047, is demonstrated by the installation of a shelf above the drawer with two-tiered containers, diagonally directed towards the rear wall, and the new shape and arrangement of the hangers. The display device, based on the industrial design, consists of a rear wall with a space for advertising inscription, with a drawer at its base. Above the drawer is a shelf, and on it are two-tiered containers, diagonally directed towards the rear wall. Above the containers are hangers, arranged in vertical rows, with circular rings at the ends and base. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the display device in a perspective view, in a variant with five containers and three vertical rows of hangers, and Fig. 2 shows the display device in a perspective view, in a variant with four containers and two vertical rows of hangers. Essential features of the industrial design 1. In the first variant, above the drawer there is a shelf with five two-level containers, diagonally directed towards the rear wall, on which there are two outer, vertical rows of hangers and one middle, vertical and shorter row of hangers, above which there is a field for an advertising inscription, wherein the hangers, at the base and at the end, have rings larger than their diameter. 2. In the second variant, above the drawer there is a shelf with four two-level containers, diagonally directed towards the back wall, on which there are two vertical rows of hangers, above which there is a field for an advertising inscription, and the hangers, at the base and at the end, have rings larger than their diameter.
