Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób oznaczania grupy krwi, obejmujący otrzymanie próbki (11) poprzez zmieszanie materiału badanego (8) z materiałem wzorcowym (9) oraz detekcję aglutynacji w tak otrzymanej próbce (11), charakteryzujący się tym, że wspomnianego zmieszania materiału badanego (8) z materiałem wzorcowym (9) dokonuje się w kanale (3) układu mikroprzepływowego. Wynalazek obejmuje także układ do oznaczania grupy krwi, obejmujący pierwszy kanał mikroprzepływowy (1) i drugi kanał mikroprzepływowy (2), łączące się w złączu (3) oraz trzeci kanał mikroprzepływowy (5), prowadzący od tego złącza (3) do pierwszego detektora (6), charakteryzujący się tym, że wspomnianym pierwszym detektorem (6) jest detektor czuły na zmianę natężenia światła.The subject of the invention is a method for determining blood group, comprising obtaining a sample (11) by mixing a test material (8) with a reference material (9) and detecting agglutination in the sample (11) thus obtained, characterized in that said mixing of the test material (8) with the reference material (9) is carried out in a channel (3) of a microfluidic system. The invention also includes a system for determining blood group, comprising a first microfluidic channel (1) and a second microfluidic channel (2), connecting in a connector (3), and a third microfluidic channel (5), leading from said connector (3) to a first detector (6), characterized in that said first detector (6) is a detector sensitive to a change in light intensity.
