Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania bezhalogenowego opóźniacza palenia, zwłaszcza tworzyw poliolefinowych przez obróbkę termiczną w temperaturach 260°-380°C, w obecności gazowego amoniaku uzyskanego bezpośrednio w wyniku rozkładu mocznika w trakcie procesu obróbki termicznej, według wynalazku, polega na tym, że reakcji termicznej kondensacji poddaje się 90-100 części masowych jednofosforanu 2,4,6-triamino - 1,3,5-triazyny i 3-10 części masowych tlenku cynku, przy czym korzystnie jednofosforan 2,4,6-triamino - 1,3,5-triazyny otrzymuje się w zawiesinie wodnej o zawartości fazy stałej 0,5-50%, korzystnie w obecności środków powierzchniowo czynnych, natomiast do opóźniacza palenia, przeznaczonego do stosowania w tworzywach poliolefinowych wprowadza się dodatkowo glinokrzemiany, szczególnie korzystnie syntetyczne sita molekularne typu X, w ilości 0,5-3,0 części masowych na 100 części masowych kompozytu polimer-opóźniacz palenia.The method of producing a halogen-free flame retardant, especially polyolefin plastics, by thermal treatment at temperatures of 260°-380°C, in the presence of ammonia gas obtained directly as a result of the decomposition of urea during the thermal treatment process, according to the invention, consists in subjecting the thermal condensation reaction to 90-100 parts by mass of 2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazine monophosphate and 3-10 parts by mass of zinc oxide, preferably 2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazine monophosphate is obtained in an aqueous suspension with a solid phase content of 0.5-50%, preferably in the presence of surfactants, while the flame retardant intended for use in polyolefin plastics is additionally introduced with aluminosilicates, particularly preferably synthetic X-type molecular sieves, in an amount of 0, 5-3.0 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the polymer-flame retardant composite.
