Abstract
Hybrydowy kompozyt z materiałów proszkowych zwłaszcza do wirników maszyn elektrycznych ma co najmniej dwa obszary (1, 2), przy czym co najmniej jeden obszar (1) jest wypełniony materiałem magnetycznie miękkim oraz co najmniej jeden obszar jest wypełniony materiałem przewodzącym. Sposób wytwarzania hybrydowego kompozytu z materiałów proszkowych zwłaszcza do wirników maszyn elektrycznych polega na tym, że przed procesem zasypywania przygotowuje się mieszankę proszków przewodzących elektrycznie zawierającą przewodzący proszek bazowy oraz proszek przewodzący pełniący funkcję spajającą. Następnie w matrycy na granicy obszarów umieszcza się cienką pierścieniową przekładkę z tworzywa sztucznego lub metalu. Matrycę zasypuje się proszkiem magnetycznie miękkim i mieszanką proszków przewodzących, nasypane proszki równomiernie rozprowadza się i wstępnie zagęszcza poprzez stosowanie ciśnienia prasowania o obniżonej wartości wynoszącej 1-25% ciśnienia roboczego. The method of producing a hybrid composite from powder materials, especially for rotors of electric machines, consists in preparing a mixture of electrically conductive powders containing a conductive base powder and a conductive powder acting as a bonding agent before the filling process. Then, a thin annular spacer made of plastic or metal is placed in the matrix at the border of the areas. The matrix is filled with soft magnetic powder and a mixture of conductive powders, the poured powders are evenly distributed and pre-densified by applying a reduced pressing pressure of 1-25% of the working pressure. Then the annular spacer is removed and the powders are pressed under a pressure of 700-900 MPa and hardened at a temperature of 150-500°C for 1-3 h.
