Istota wzoru polega na nowej postaci motyla dekoracyjnego przejawiajacej sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie, materiale, zdobieniach i barwach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których na fig 1 + fig. 10 przedstawiono odpowiednio odmiany motyla dekoracyjnego. Fig. 11 jest rysunkiem zbiorczym wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego. Wspólna cecha wszystkich odmian wzoru jest ksztalt i material, z którego wykonany jest motyl oraz jego zdobienia. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawia motyla skladajacego sie z korpusu z tworzywa, w którym mozna wyodrebnic czesc imitujaca glowe z czulkami, tulów i odwlok oraz dwóch par skrzydel - wiekszych i mniejszych usytuowanych symetrycznie po obu stronach korpusu. Kazde ze skrzydel wykonane jest z bardzo cienkiego materialu dzianego, elastycznego, naciagnietego na druciana petle. Petla jest wygieta przestrzennie, tak ze skrzydlo tworzy powierzchnietrójwymiarowa. Material skrzydel i korpus sa zabarwione, przy czym kolor korpusu koresponduje z kolorystyka skrzydel. The industrial design encompasses 10 varieties of decorative butterflies. The essence of the design lies in the new form of the decorative butterfly, manifested in an original shape, material, ornamentation, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 10 respectively depict the varieties of the decorative butterfly. Fig. 11 is a collective drawing of all the varieties of the industrial design. The common feature of all the varieties of the design is the shape and material from which the butterfly is made, as well as its ornamentation. The industrial design depicts a butterfly consisting of a plastic body, in which a part imitating a head with antennae can be distinguished, a thorax, and an abdomen, and two pairs of wings – larger and smaller – arranged symmetrically on either side of the body. Each wing is made of a very thin, flexible knitted material stretched over a wire loop. The loop is bent spatially, so that the wing creates a three-dimensional surface. The wing material and body are colored, with the body color corresponding to the wings. The lower part of the abdomen is covered with glitter. The butterfly's head has a pair of antennae tipped with balls. The head and antennae are also covered with glitter. Near the wing-body junction, on both sides, are plastic droplets covered with glitter. Each wing has multicolored streaks of glitter spreading outward from the body. Each wing has multicolored dots overlapping in the area away from the body, creating a small, decorative eyelet. At the back of the butterfly is a pin with a round head, colored in a color that matches the color of the wings, intended for attaching the butterfly.
