Description
System paneli kompozytowych 1) OpisComposite panel system 1) Description
Innowacyjny sposób konstrukcji paneli zapewnia im doskonałe właściwości mechaniczne i termoizolacyjne. The subject of the invention are composite panels with a structure that has not been seen before on the market. The invention may be widely used in construction. The panels are intended for outdoor use as facades of buildings and various types of rooms or as interior panels in rooms. It is a type of panels that have a warming and protective function, and give the buildings unique aesthetics and the appearance of a natural wooden log. The innovative structure of the panels provides them with excellent mechanical and thermal insulation properties.
Solutions from this field are known and disclosed, consisting in making panels with a different structure. All these solutions are devoid of universal features. They often require more money or work. A well-known solution is the production and use of wood-based panels, where wood and wooden products are the main components of the solution. A commonly adopted solution is to cover the external and internal surfaces with wooden logs. The disadvantage of this type of solution is the use of heavy equipment and the need for additional insulation and high wood consumption. Plastic panels are also a solution used so far.
A feature of the invention is that thanks to this innovative structure, the panels are ecological and environmentally friendly, as there is a significant reduction in wood consumption compared to wooden panels and there is no need for additional room insulation, as e.g. with plastic panels. At the same time, the panels maintain their natural wooden appearance thanks to the last layer of veneer.
Oriented Strand Board). 2. Warstwa polistyrenu w formie spienionej (styropian) 3. Płyta drewnopochodna, typu korek, pilśń itp. 4. fornirThe essence of the invention lies in the fact that each panel consists of 4 layers joined together by glue. In turn, they are: 1. Single or multi-layer wood-based board, OSB type (Oriented Strand Board). 2. A layer of expanded polystyrene (polystyrene) 3. Wood-based board, cork, felt, etc. 4. veneer
The subject of the invention is shown in the attached drawings and photos. The use of wood-based OSB panels provides a stable base for the entire panel. The next layer is polystyrene, which is the core of the half-log-shaped panel. It provides good thermal insulation and resistance to moisture. Subsequent layers consisting of a cork-type wood board with a thickness of 1 cm to 4 cm and a layer of veneer. They protect against the influence of weather conditions on the core of the panel and have an aesthetic function. The use of a cork type plate ensures the alignment of the quality and strength characteristics of the panel. The layer of wood-based board and veneer protects the polystyrene against changes in its physical and chemical properties. The use of half-log-shaped polystyrene makes the panels light and fulfills their insulating function. The veneer gives the panels the appearance of a natural, solid wooden log. All panel elements are connected together with a one-component polyurethane adhesive. Curing takes place under the influence of moisture in the air. The adhesive is resistant to weather conditions. The outer visible part of the panel is impregnated and varnished. The panels, thanks to their weight, are very convenient to use, easy to install using the tongue and groove method, and the assembly does not require special tools. The entire structure is easy to maintain. The costs of purchasing, installing and maintaining the panels are much lower than carrying out these activities using natural solid wooden logs. Thanks to such a structure of the panels, the costs of heating the rooms are reduced and at the same time the appearance of a natural house made of solid wooden logs is obtained. Composite panels help to protect the natural resources of the earth through the use of wood-based products and the fact that the main component of the panels is polystyrene, not solid wood logs.
