Wynalazek obejmuje nowy sposób otrzymywania pochodnych chinolinotiosemikarbazonu o ogólnym wzorze 1, w którym A oznacza łącznik zawierający zero lub jeden atom węgla; R1 i R2 oznaczają podstawniki identyczne lub różne, takie jak atom wodoru, grupa hydroksylowa lub atom chloru; R3 oznacza atom wodoru lub grupę nitrową; R4 oznacza atom wodoru lub grupę metylową, a R5 oznacza grupę metylową, etylową lub pierścień fenylowy. Ponadto przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie wskazanych związków do wytwarzania środków farmaceutycznych do hamowania proliferacji komórek rakowych i w konsekwencji do leczenia raka.The invention includes a new method for the preparation of quinoline thiosemicarbazone derivatives of the general formula I, wherein A is a linker containing zero or one carbon atom; R1 and R2 are identical or different substituents, such as a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group or a chlorine atom; R3 is hydrogen or nitro; R4 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and R5 is a methyl group, an ethyl group or a phenyl ring. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of said compounds for the production of pharmaceutical agents for inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells and consequently for treating cancer.
