Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są przekładki separujące wypraski z ceramiki warystorowej i innej w trakcie procesu wypalania. Warystory tlenkowe ZnO wykonuje się typową technologią ceramiczną, spiekając uformowaną w pastylki mieszaninę ZnO z niewielką ilością tlenków innych metali. W trakcie procesu wypalania warystorów może dojść do wzajemnego spieczenia się pastylek warystorowych między sobą oraz z dnem kasety. Dotychczas znane sposoby to: przesypywanie powierzchni każdej wypraski spieczonym granulatem lub stosowanie innych separatorów. Proponowane w ramach niniejszego wynalazku przekładki ceramiczne nadają się do wielokrotnego użytku, są niezawodne i ekonomiczne materiałowo. Istotą wynalazku jest to, że przekładki zostały wykonane z ZnO domieszkowanego Cr2O3. Dzięki dodatkowi Cr2O3 ceramika ZnO staje się na tyle trudnospiekalna, że nie przywiera do wypalanych warystorów oraz kaset.The subject of the invention are spacers separating molded parts made of varistor and other ceramics during the firing process. ZnO oxide varistors are made using typical ceramic technology by sintering a mixture of ZnO with a small amount of other metal oxides formed into pellets. During the varistor burning process, the varistor pellets may become sintered with each other and with the bottom of the cassette. The methods known so far include: pouring sintered granules over the surface of each molding or using other separators. The ceramic spacers proposed under this invention are reusable, reliable and material-economical. The essence of the invention is that the spacers are made of ZnO doped with Cr2O3. Thanks to the addition of Cr2O3, ZnO ceramics become so difficult to bake that they do not stick to the fired varistors and cartridges.
