Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i stanie powierzchni, co nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, przedstawiajacym uchwyt w pólprzekroju osiowym - fig. 1 oraz widoku z góry - fig. 2. Uchwyt meblowy sklada sie z podstawy oraz uchwytu wlasciwego. Podstawa ma postac wydrazonego stozka scietego o kolowym przekroju poprzecznym. Wieksza z podstaw tego stozka polaczona jest z uchwytem wlasciwym, natomiast podstawa mniejsza jest zakonczona wystajacym, stopniowanym progiem i kolowym. Uchwyt wlasciwy ma postac plytki, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do kola.Górna powierzchnia tego kola jest symetrycznie wypukla i ma zdobienie w postaci ukladu rozmieszczonych symetrycznie wglebien. Uklad ten sklada sie z kolowego wglebienia 2 umieszczonego centralnie oraz szesciu wglebien 3 ustawionych promieniowo i rozciagajacych sie od wglebienia centralnego do krawedzi plytki. Podstawa od strony przeciwleglej wzgledem uchwytu wlasciwego ma osiowy, gwintowany otwór. Otwór ten jest przeznaczony do mocowania uchwytu do powierzchni mebla. Caly uchwyt ma jasny, metaliczny kolor. PL PLFurniture Handle The industrial design registration right has been in effect since February 18, 2002. The industrial design is a single-point furniture handle that facilitates the opening and closing of furniture doors and drawers. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, manifested in its shape and surface finish, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows the handle in axial half-section (Fig. 1) and a top view (Fig. 2). The furniture handle consists of a base and a handle. The base is in the form of a hollow truncated cone with a circular cross-section. The larger base of this cone is connected to the handle, while the smaller base is topped with a protruding, stepped threshold and a circular ledge. The handle itself is a plate, roughly circular in plan view. The upper surface of this plate is symmetrically convex and decorated with a system of symmetrically arranged recesses. This system consists of a centrally located circular recess 2 and six radially arranged recesses 3 extending from the central recess to the edge of the plate. The base, on the side opposite the handle itself, has an axial, threaded hole. This hole is intended for mounting the handle to the furniture surface. The entire handle has a bright, metallic color.
