AKTYYITA - Grazyna DurkiewiczFig.1Fig. 2Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a handy disc-shaped guide to herbs and other plant materials with medicinal uses. Books are known about plants containing natural substances that affect the human body. Extracts and infusions from these plants can be used internally in the form of drops or "tea," or externally in the form of compresses, baths, sitz baths, etc. It is relatively difficult to access basic information about most plant products of this type. The handy herbal guide, according to the current industrial design, has the characteristics of novelty and originality resulting from the presentation of basic information about plant products with medicinal properties in a new, accessible form, with a concise indication of the ailments combated by a given plant and the forms of use of infusions from that plant or its parts. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a handy guide to herbs in a front view, while Fig. 2 shows the same guide in a back view. Essential features of the industrial design: • The handy guide to herbs according to the current industrial design shown in illustrative material Figs. 1 and 2 has the form of two discs printed on both sides, rotatably connected to each other; each disc has a window extending radially from the circumference into the disc, in which prints arranged radially near the circumference of the inner side of the other disc are visible; there is a protrusion next to the window, and the window provides information on the medicinal use of the selected plant material; The information visible in the window of the information shield refers to the material indicated by the arrow appearing on the protrusion next to the window of the second shield, which protrudes beyond the circumference of the shield on which the name of the selected plant material is located. • The names of plants, with an indication of their parts used medicinally and the Latin names of the parts to which the information visible in the window refers, are arranged radially at the outer edge of the information shield and are given in alphabetical order: on the front shield - from A to L, and on the back shield - from L to W. • The inner ring separates the plant names from the central field of the shield, in which the inscription "HOME HERBAR" appears against the background of a meadow full of flowering herbs: on the front shield - in orange, yellow and green, and on the back shield - purple and green. • Both dials of the handy herbal guide shown in Fig. 1 and 2 have outer rings divided into segments of the same angular width as the window, and each of these fields contains the name of one medicinal plant; the background of the outer ring is a brightened drawing of the same pattern that is visible in the central field of each dial.
