Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest dysza powietrzna do rozprowadzania powietrza w komorze paleniskowej kotła fluidalnego. Dysza powietrzna z kanałem wlotowym oraz dwoma kanałami wylotowymi, umieszczonymi pod kątem, charakteryzuje się tym, że w kanałach wylotowych (3), w ich wnętrzu, umieszczone są wydłużające ramiona cylindryczne (4), zwiększające długość kanałów wylotowych (3) i zarazem zwiększające opór przepływu stawiany przez dyszę (1). Zwiększenie długości kanałów wylotowych zwiększa opór stawiany przez dyszę mieszaninie dwufazowej gaz-materiał stały w kierunku wstecznym, zapobiegając przesypywaniu się materiału warstwy do skrzyni powietrznej przy zbyt dużych fluktuacjach ciśnienia.The subject of the invention is an air nozzle for distributing air in the combustion chamber of a fluidized bed boiler. Increasing the length of the outlet channels increases the resistance of the nozzle to the two-phase gas-solid mixture in the reverse direction, preventing the layer material from flowing into the air box when pressure fluctuations are too high.
