Pierscien oporowy ma wglebienie otwarte od góry przykryte plomba w postaci lamliwego paska prostokatnego o niewielkiej grubosci. Istota wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze plomba usytuowana jest stycznie do powierzchni bocznej pierscienia oporowego i ma krawedz górna odchylona na zewnatrz wystajaca ponad krawedz górna pierscienia oporowego po zatrzasnieciu przykrywki na korpusie jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, 2 i 5. Plomba jest polaczona od dolu i z boków z pierscieniem oporowym za pomoca przewezek zrywanych podczas zdejmowania przykrywki. Na plombie znajduje sie napis OPEN. Wysokosc korpusu jest w przyblizeniu dwukrotnie mniejsza od dlugosci i równa jego szerokosci. Przykrywka ma ksztalt odwzorowujacy ksztalt obrzeza korpusu i ma na powierzchni górnej wglebienie o zarysie powtarzajacym zarys obrzeza korpusu oraz ma od dolu zagiecie, które po zatrzasnieciu przykrywki na korpusie wchodzi w obwodowy kanalek znajdujacy sie na powierzchni górnej pierscienia oporowego. W odmianie wykonania pokazanym na zalaczonym rysunku fig.6 pojemnik ma palak w postaci waskiego paska zamocowanego zatrzaskowo do pierscienia oporowego wzdluz dluzszej osi elipsy. The industrial design registration right is valid from [date]. The subject of the industrial design is a plastic container intended, in particular, for food products. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container, manifesting itself in its shape, proportions, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the container in a bottom view, Fig. 5 shows a fragment of the container in cross-section along line A-A in Fig. 2, and Fig. 6 shows a variant of the container in a front view. The container consists of a body and a lid snap-fitted to the body. The lid is secured against unauthorized opening by a frangible seal, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 and 2. The industrial-design container is characterized by a body shaped like a solid with a base roughly resembling an ellipse and open at the top. The body's side walls are slightly tapered downward. The base has a concavity at the bottom, forming a circumferential flange. Below the upper rim, a retaining ring extends outward along the entire circumference of the body, equipped with radially arranged reinforcing ribs in a trapezoid shape, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4. The retaining ring has a recess open at the top, covered by a seal in the form of a frangible, rectangular strip of thin thickness. The essence of the industrial design is that the seal is positioned tangentially to the side surface of the retaining ring and has an outwardly angled upper edge, protruding above the upper edge of the retaining ring after the cover is snapped onto the body, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1, 2, and 5. The seal is connected to the retaining ring at the bottom and sides by means of constrictions that break when the cover is removed. The seal bears the inscription "OPEN." The body's height is approximately half its length and equal to its width. The lid has a shape that replicates the shape of the body's rim and has a recess on the upper surface with an outline repeating the outline of the body's rim and has a bend at the bottom, which, after the lid is snapped onto the body, fits into a circumferential channel located on the upper surface of the retaining ring. In the embodiment shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 6, the container has a bow in the form of a narrow strip snapped to the retaining ring along the longer axis of the ellipse.
