Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czolo zaslepki w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - te sama zaslepke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - te sama zaslepke w widoku w kierunku strzalki „K" na fig. 2, a fig. 4 - te sama zaslepke w widoku w kierunku strzalki „S" na fig. 3. Zaslepka czola listwy przypodlogowej w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do trójkata prostokatnego, którego przeciwprostokatna I stanowia dwa skrajne promienie wypukle 2, polaczone z soba w czesci srodkowej promieniem wkleslym 3, przy czym przeciwprostokatna ta ma odsadzenie 4 o tym samym profilu usytuowane w przyblizeniu prostopadle do czola zaslepki, a na jego powierzchni wewnetrznej znajduja sie dwa odsadzenia 5 o przekroju poprzecznym prostokatnym z zaokraglonymi bokami i rozstawie ich polozenia dostosowanym do profilu czolowego listwy przypodlogowej, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1-4 . The end cap of the end of the skirting board in a front view has a shape similar to a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse I of which is made up of two extreme convex radii 2, connected with each other in the central part by a concave radius 3, wherein this hypotenuse has an offset 4 of the same profile situated approximately perpendicularly to the end cap face, and on its inner surface there are two offsets 5 of rectangular cross-section with rounded sides and their spacing adjusted to the front profile of the skirting board, as shown in Fig. 1-4.
