Zasuwa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 03 stycznia 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zasuwa montowana od wewnatrz zamykanych pomieszczen. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zasuwy, prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i na rysunku, na którch jest przedstawiona zasuwa w widoku perspektywicznym od strony frontowej. Zasuwa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma korpus o zarysie zblizo- nym do kwadratu w widoku od frontu, przy czym w scianie frontowej ma centralnie usytuowane pokretlo oraz posiada dwa rygle. PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from: January 3, 2002. The industrial design is a gate valve mounted on the inside of closed rooms. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the gate valve, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph and drawing, which show the gate valve in a perspective view from the front. The gate valve, according to the industrial design, has a body with a nearly square outline when viewed from the front, with a centrally located knob in the front wall and two bolts.
