Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wielowarstwowy materiał opakowaniowy przeznaczony zwłaszcza do produkcji opakowań i elementów opakowań na różnorodne produkty spożywcze, w tym podgrzane i sposób jego wytwarzania. Wielowarstwowy materiał opakowaniowy charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z warstwy tektury falistej o gramaturze od 260 do 1640 g/m2, dwu- do pięciowarstwowej, z którą trwale, przy pomocy znanych klejów, połączona jest z jednej, bądź z obydwu stron, folia z tworzyw sztucznych bądź metalu, przy czym grubość folii nie przekracza 40 µ. Sposób wytwarzania wielowarstwowego materiału opakowaniowego polega na tym, że na powierzchnię tektury falistej bądź też na powierzchnię folii nanosi się znanymi metodami klej odpowiedni do rodzaju łączonej z tekturą falistą folii w ilości 20 - 100 g i w temperaturze 20 - 110°C przepuszcza się łączone materiały pomiędzy walcami dociskanymi do tych materiałów siłą, powodującą iż ciśnienie wywierane na łączone materiały mieści się w zakresie 0,01 - 0,1 MPa.. W przypadku zastosowania klejów dyspersyjnych i rozpuszczalnikowych konieczne jest sezonowanie gotowego materiału opakowaniowego przez okres 12-24 godzin od jego wytworzenia.The subject of the invention is a multilayer packaging material intended in particular for the production of packaging and packaging elements for various food products, including heated ones, and a method of its production. The multilayer packaging material is characterized in that it consists of a layer of corrugated cardboard with a grammage of 260 to 1640 g/m2, two- to five-layer, to which a plastic or metal foil is permanently connected on one or both sides using known adhesives, the thickness of the foil not exceeding 40 µ. A method of producing multilayer packaging material consists in applying to the surface of corrugated cardboard or the surface of a foil in an amount of 20-100 g in accordance with known methods, and at a temperature of 20-110°C, the materials to be combined are passed between rollers pressed against these materials with a force causing the pressure exerted on the combined materials to be in the range of 0.01-0.1 MPa. In the case of using dispersion and solvent adhesives, it is necessary to season the finished packaging material for a period of 12-24 hours from its production.
