Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie tarcz ciernych diamentowych, przeznaczonych do ciecia bardzo twardych materialów takich jak kamien, beton, metal, szklo, ceramika i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych opakowaniu nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 - ilustrujacym opakowanie w widoku ogólnym oraz nazalaczonych fotografiach, fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4 - przedstawiajacych poszczególne odmiany wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym. Opakowanie tarcz ciernych, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, zaprezentowane na rysunku fig.l i fotografii, fig.2 - znajduje zastosowanie jako opakowanie tarcz diamentowych ciaglych. Jest ono uksztaltowane w formie splaszczonego prostopadloscianu z uchwytem u góry i wycieciem w ksztalcie kola posrodku oraz otworem w górnym, prawym narozu. Otwór w narozu ma zarys wycinka kola, przy czym jego krawedzie przebiegaja równolegle do obrzeza otworu znajdujacego sie posrodku. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia opakowania jest dwubarwna. Z lewej strony opakowanie jest czarne, zas z prawej zielone. Na czarnej czesci opakowania, u góry i u dolu sa rozmieszczone napisy okreslajace przedmiot umieszczony w opakowaniu w kilkunastu jezykach z oznaczeniem symbolu panstwa z lewej strony. Symbol panstwa znajduje sie wewnatrz owalu. Pomiedzy napisami w kilkunastu jezykach rozmieszczonymi w górnym i dolnym narozu sa usytuowane w wzdluz pionowej linii biale, niewielkie kola. Kola te znajduja sie jedno nad drugim. Wewnatrz tych kól sa rysunki, które maja charakter informacyjny. W pierwszym od góry kole jest rysunek glowy ludzkiej w masce przeciw pylowej, co oznacza, ze uzywajac tarcze nalezy pracowac w masce przeciwpylowej. Ponizej jest schematyczna twarz w okularach ochronnych, pod nim glowa w sluchawkach zabezpieczajacych przed halasem, w kolo ponizej jest wpisany znak bezpieczenstwa z litera „B", pod nim kolo z rysunkiem glowy w nakryciu, zas w najnizej rozmieszczonym kole jest rysunek stylizujacy punkt informacyjny. Z prawej strony opakowania, u dolu znajduje sie motyw slowno-graficzny, stanowiacy logo firmy. W otworze w górnym narozu jest widoczny fragment obrzeza tarczy diamentowej ciaglej znajdujacej sie wewnatrz opakowania.Opakowanie tarcz ciernych, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, zaprezentowane na rysunku fig.l i fotografii, fig.3 - znajduje zastosowanie jako opakowanie tarcz diamentowych turbo. Otwór w górnym narozu ma zarys wycinka kola a jego krawedzie przebiegaja równolegle do krawedzi kolowego otworu. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia opakowania jest dwubarwna. Z lewej strony jest czarna a z prawej niebieska. Na czarnej czesci opakowania, u góry i u dolu sa rozmieszczone napisy okreslajace przedmiot umieszczony w opakowaniu w kilkunastu jezykach z oznaczeniem symbolu panstwa z lewej strony. The industrial design covers the packaging of diamond abrasive discs, designed for cutting very hard materials such as stone, concrete, metal, glass, ceramics, and others. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the packaging a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, illustrating the packaging from a general view, and in the attached photographs, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, showing individual variations of the design in perspective. The packaging of abrasive discs, in accordance with the industrial design, presented in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, is used as packaging for continuous diamond discs. It is shaped like a flattened cuboid with a handle at the top and a circular cutout in the center, as well as a hole in the upper right corner. The hole in the corner is shaped like a segment of a circle, with its edges running parallel to the edge of the hole in the center. The outer surface of the packaging is two-colored. The left side of the packaging is black, while the right side is green. On the black part of the packaging, at the top and bottom, are inscriptions identifying the item contained within in several languages, with the country's symbol on the left. The country's symbol is located inside an oval. Between the inscriptions in several languages, arranged in the top and bottom corners, are small white circles arranged along a vertical line. These circles are arranged one above the other. Inside these circles are drawings for informational purposes. The first circle from the top features a drawing of a human head wearing a dust mask, indicating that a dust mask should be worn when using the disc. Below is a schematic image of a face wearing safety glasses, below that is a head wearing noise-canceling headphones, the circle below that features a safety sign with the letter "B," below that is a circle with a drawing of a head wearing a face mask, and the lowest circle features a stylized information point. On the right side of the packaging, at the bottom, is a word-graphic motif representing the company logo. A fragment of the rim of a continuous diamond disc inside the package is visible in the opening in the upper corner. The packaging for friction discs, in accordance with the industrial design, shown in Figure 1 and Photograph 3, is used as packaging for turbo diamond discs. The packaging is shaped like a flattened cuboid with a handle at the top and a circular cutout in the center, along with an opening in the upper right corner.
