NACZYNIE DO ROZPROWADZANIA ZAPACHÓW. Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 14 06 1999 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie do rozprowadzania zapachów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac naczynia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, fig. 1, fig.2, fig.3 przedstawiaja wzory w widoku perspektywicznym z jednej strony, a fig. 1 a przedstawia go z innej strony. Naczynie do rozprowadzania zapachów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt walca z plaskim dnem, boczna powierzchnie kulista, przewezajaca sie i nastepnie poszerzajaca sie kielichowato ku górze. Na bocznej kulistej powierzchni znajduja sie wiekszy i mniejsze otwory w ksztalcie kropli fig. 1 , fig. la. Otwór wiekszy sluzy do umieszczania swiecy. W innej odmianie tego wzoru mniejsze otwory sa w ksztalcie pólksiezyca fig.2 Nastepna odmiana naczynia ma otwory mniejsze w ksztalcie pólksiezyca i gwiazd, oraz zdobienia w ksztalcie gwiazd fig. 3 . Naczynie do rozprowadzania zapachów wykonane jest z porcelany lub fajansu. The industrial design registration has been in effect since June 14, 1999. The subject of the industrial design is a vessel for distributing fragrances. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the vessel, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations; Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 show the designs in perspective from one side, while Fig. 1a shows it from another side. The fragrance distributing vessel, according to the industrial design, has the shape of a cylinder with a flat bottom, a spherical side surface that narrows and then widens in a cup-like manner towards the top. The spherical side surface has a larger and smaller drop-shaped opening (Fig. 1, Fig. 1a). The larger opening is used to accommodate a candle. In another variation of this design, the smaller holes are in the shape of a crescent moon (Fig. 2). The next variation of the vessel has smaller holes in the shape of a crescent moon and stars, as well as star-shaped decorations (Fig. 3). The fragrance vessel is made of porcelain or earthenware.
