Description

3 — rzut poziomy i dwa przekroje poprzeczne konstrukcji stropu W2, w którym betonowe prety a (wkladki) sprezone strunami stalowymi sluza jako zbrojenie w obydwu kierunkach, fig. 4 —sacrcgól stropu W* (fig. 3) fig. 5 — rzut pozio¬ my i dwa przekroje konstrukcji stropu W3 który rózni sie od sitropu W2 tym, ze pomiedzy pretami sprezonymi w betonie plyty pozostawia sie pionowe wglebienia puste w celu zmniejsze¬ nia ciezaru stropu i zwiekszenia wlasciwosci izo¬ lacyjnych i akustycznych stropu, litera e zostaly oznaczone wglebienia pionowe, fig. 6 —szczególy stropu W» (fig. 5), przy czym wkladki sprezone a przyjmuja na siebie role zbrojenia i jednoczesnie deskowania (fig. 1 i 2) lub tylko zbrojenia (fig. 3, 4, 5, 6). PLThe subject of the invention are construction panels made of boards and prestressed bars of any shape. The mentioned elements are made of high-strength prestressed concrete and then filled with concrete of average strength used on the construction site. The spring inserts are intended for construction purposes. These inserts are mainly used for the construction of roof coverings, bridge plates, roofs, foundation plates and for the construction of road surfaces. The use of these inserts (elements) allows for the acceleration of the work, does not require skilled workers, but. only trained and to obtain savings of steel, cement, aggregate *) The owner of the patent stated that the inventors are Wiktor Grzegorzewski, Tomasz Kluz, Wlodzimierz Hladyniuk and Henryk Sobanski. and wood. In contrast to the previous constructions, there are also savings in the transport of structural elements. Fig. 1 shows a plan view and two cross-sections of the ceiling W1, in which concrete planks reinforced with steel strings serve as formwork and reinforcement in one direction, with whereby concrete inserts a (bars) under steel cords serve as reinforcements in the other direction and constitute upper reinforcement, prestressed boards, b as lower reinforcement and decking, concrete c is applied in the second phase; Fig. 2 shows details of the ceiling W in a larger scale (Fig. 1), where the letter d denotes strings made of high-grade steel, Fig. 3 - a plan view and two cross-sections of the ceiling structure W2, in which the concrete rods a (inserts) are prestressed steel strings serve as reinforcement in both directions, Fig. 4 - total ceiling W * (Fig. 3) Fig. 5 - horizontal projection and two sections of the ceiling structure W3, which differs from the sieve W2 in that between the struts prestressed in concrete the boards are left with vertical hollows empty in order to reduce the weight of the ceiling and increase the insulation and acoustic properties of the ceiling, the letter e has been marked with vertical depressions, Fig. 6 - details of the ceiling W ”(Fig. 5), with the the roles of the reinforcement and the formwork at the same time (fig. 1 and 2) or only the reinforcement (fig. 3, 4, 5, 6).
