Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wózka, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Wózek sluzy jako urzadzenie do transportu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia wózek w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.2-nastepny wózek w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.3- wózek z fig.2 w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z tylu i z boku, fig.4- wózek z fig.2 w widoku perspektywicznym ze zlozonym krótszym segmentem, fig.5- pojemnik wózka z fig.l w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, a fig.6- pojemnik wózka z fig.l w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu,z góry i z boku. Wózek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy profi- lowana podstawe, skladana dwusegmentowa rame, kierownice, wy- siegnik oraz pojemnik, ma nastepujace cechy istotne: profilo- wana podstawa ma zarys pólowalu i jest podparta na dwóch ko- lach jezdnych, zas dwusegmentowa rama obejmuje: dluzszy skos- ny segment, którego dwie czesci maja zróznicowana srednice, oraz krótszy segment skladany, który ma zarys litery "T" i jest podparty na dwóch kolach jezdnych o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy kól podstawy. Krótszy skladany segment jest usy- tuowany w przyblizeniu na 1/4 wysokosci skosnego segmentu. Wysiegnik zawiera profil o zarysie litery "U", który otacza dluzszy, skosny segment ramy wózka oraz kieszen podwieszona od dolu profilu. Pojemnik ma ksztalt dwusegmentowej bryly, która w czesci dolnej ma w przyblizeniu ksztalt ostroslupa scietego, a w czesci górnej ma ksztalt czteroscianu, którego sciana przednia, tylna i boczna maja zarysy litery "U". Na scianie bocznej pojemnika znajduje sie uchwyt majacy zarys litery "U" , a pod uchwytem widoczny jest zarys w ksztalcie litery "U", który jest zarysem krawedzi wybrania biegnacego na scianie tylnej pojemnika, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1, fig.5 i fig.6. Nastepny wózek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmu- jacy profilowana podstawe oraz skladana dwusegmentowa rame, ma nastepujace cechy istotne: profilowana podstawa ma zarys pólowalu i jest podparta na dwóch kolach jezdnych, zas dwu- segmentowa rama obejmuje: dluzszy skosny segment, którego dwie czesci maja zróznicowana srednice, oraz krótszy segmentskladany, który ma zarys litery "T" i jest podparty na dwóch kolach jezdnych o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy kól podstawy. Krótszy segment skladany jest usytuowany w przyblizeniu na 1/4 wysokosci skosnego segmentu, jak przedstawiono na zala- czonym rysunku, fig.2 do 4. The essence of the design is a new form of the trolley, manifested in its shape. The trolley serves as a transportation device. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the trolley in perspective views from the front, side, and top, fig. 2 - the next trolley in perspective views from the top, front, and side, fig. 3 - the trolley from fig. 2 in perspective views from the top, back, and side, fig. 4 - the trolley from fig. 2 in perspective view with the shorter segment folded, fig. 5 - the trolley container from fig. 1 in perspective views from the front, top, and side, and fig. 6 - the trolley container from fig. 1 in perspective views from the back, top, and side. The industrial-design trolley, comprising a profiled base, a foldable two-segment frame, a handlebar, a boom, and a container, has the following key features: the profiled base has a semi-oval shape and is supported by two wheels, while the two-segment frame includes a longer, inclined segment, the two parts of which have different diameters, and a shorter, foldable segment, which has a "T" shape and is supported by two wheels with a diameter larger than the base wheels. The shorter, foldable segment is positioned approximately 1/4 the height of the inclined segment. The boom includes a "U"-shaped profile that surrounds the longer, inclined segment of the trolley frame and a pocket suspended from the bottom of the profile. The container has the shape of a two-segment solid, which in its lower part has the shape of an approximately truncated pyramid, and in its upper part has the shape of a tetrahedron, the front, rear and side walls of which have the outline of the letter "U". On the side wall of the container is a handle in the shape of the letter "U", and under the handle is a visible outline in the shape of the letter "U", which is the outline of the edge of the recess running on the rear wall of the container, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. Another industrial design stroller, comprising a profiled base and a foldable two-segment frame, has the following essential features: the profiled base has a semi-oval shape and is supported by two wheels, and the two-segment frame comprises: a longer, inclined segment, the two parts of which have different diameters, and a shorter, foldable segment, which has a "T" shape and is supported by two wheels with a diameter larger than the base wheels.
