Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika do wózka, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Pojemnik sluzy jako torba do wózka transportowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia torbe do wózka w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, a fig.2- torbe do wózka w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z góry i z tylu. Pojemnik do wózka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt dwusegmentowej bryly, która w czesci dolnej, stanowiacej dno pojemnika, maw przyblizeniu ksztalt ostroslupa scietego, a w czesci gór- nej, stanowiacej korpus pojemnika, ma ksztalt czteroscianu, którego sciana przednia, tylna i boczna maja zarysy litery "U". Na scianie bocznej pojemnika znajduje sie uchwyt majacy zarys litery "U" , a pod uchwytem widoczny jest zarys w ksztalcie litery "U", który jest zarysem krawedzi wybrania biegnacego na calej wysokosci sciany tylnej pojemnika, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 do 2. The essence of the design is a new form of the trolley container, manifested in its shape. The container serves as a bag for a transport trolley. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the trolley bag in perspective views from the front, side, and top, and fig. 2 shows the trolley bag in perspective views from the side, top, and back. The industrial design trolley container has the following essential features: it has the shape of a two-segment solid, which in its lower part, constituting the bottom of the container, has the approximate shape of a truncated pyramid, and in its upper part, constituting the body of the container, has the shape of a tetrahedron, the front, rear, and side walls of which have the outline of the letter "U." On the side wall of the container is a handle in the shape of the letter "U," and under the handle is a visible outline in the shape of the letter "U," which is the outline of the edge of a recess running the entire height of the rear wall of the container, as shown in the attached drawing, figs. 1 to 2.
